Career Visions - IT Support Specialist

During the program, participants will take exams to become Network+ certified and to become a Microsoft Certified Professional. Network+ Certification is similar to the A+ Certification, being that Network+ Certification is a vendor neutral certification program that has been developed by CompTIA (the Computer Technology Industry Association.) CompTIA certifications are acknowledged worldwide and have become an industry standard. Becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional acknowledges expertise and gives industry recognition of knowledge in working with Microsoft products and technologies.

After successful completion of this program, participants will be able to obtain employment as a level one Systems Administrator or obtain employment in entry-level Technician, Network Developer, and Web Developer positions. Corporations similar to CDW Computer Centers and CompuCom recommend or require certification for their IT employees.
