Career Visions - Computer Support Specialist

This program prepares an individual in all the aspects related to being a computer support specialist. The program covers; how to provide technical assistance, support, and advice to customers and other users, troubleshooting and interpreting problems, and provides technical support for hardware, software, and systems. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be qualified to obtain employment either within a company that uses computer systems or directly for a computer hardware or software vendor. Increasingly, these specialists work for help-desk or support services firms, where they provide computer support to clients on a contract basis.
