Career Visions Customer Service Program
Professional Development
The training is designed to give consumers exceptional customer service skills within the financial field of loan officers. It focuses on the systematic process to included the kind of teaching that participants will face in the real world. Our in-house classroom training is geared toward teaching the participant lifetime techniques to successfully obtain & retain employment.
This training covers:
? Effective telephone and communication techniques
? Keeping calls positive
? Dealing with difficult people
? Understanding the role of the Loan Processor
? Basic data entry/date retrieval
? Basic computer, equipment and organization of work space
? Proper business etiquette
? Cold-calling effectively for prospecting
? Stress and management
? Organizational and budgeting skills
? Multi-tasking and keeping performance levels at a maximum
? Obtaining employment through marketing
This training will be considered complete when the participant is successfully employed.
Pre-requisites
Must have a completed vocational assessment on file, no more than six months old.
Must have a specific, realistic work goal with necessary skills in reading and writing.
